I have the most experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and acute life stressors. I prefer therapeutic approaches that allow for a more relaxed environment where I can support you by guiding you toward your ideal life. I am also open to working with couples or children, though I'm less experienced in these areas.
