On my path from social work to clinical therapist I've worked in prisons from Chicago to NYC, reentry, and with youth on probation in-home and their families. After experiencing just about any situation one could imagine, in 2020 I started my own virtual private practice. 

I'm a wife, mom of 3 including step-mom, and self-employed so I definitely "get it" when it comes to the balancing act of life, joy, stress and reaching your goals. I strive to make mental health concepts understandable, challenge my clients to reach their goals, and to be a real person with them. Feeling better and making changes within your life is hard but it IS possible with the right support.

If you have tried therapy before it is never too late to try again, I work with many who have not fully connected with other therapists in the past or have struggled to reach the goals they initially desired therapy to help them with.  I am certified in multiple modalities and will incorporated whichever skillsets needed to help you reach your desired outcome. 

I practice with the perspective of living intentionally based on YOUR identified values and finding creative ways (and sometimes making hard decisions) to accomplish this. We've only got two options in life; change the situation or change how you think about the situation. Finding a therapist you can trust is difficult decision but you got this!
